+Individualized Nutrition Counseling Session: Have health, wellness, or fitness goals you are looking to meet? Weight loss? General nutrition? Meal planning? Let’s work together!  I offer one-on-one session via Skype, FaceTime, phone, or local home visits in La Jolla, Del Mar, Solana Beach, Cardiff. Negotiable to travel out of radius.

Initial 90 minute consult: $120.00

45 Minute Follow-up: $90.00

+Grocery Store Tour: One Hour tour of the store of your choice. We will stroll and learn about making the best healthy choice for you and your family. Produce, bulk bins, protein, frozen goods, snacks- we will cover it all!

+Fridge/Pantry Makeover: One hour revamp to your fridge and pantry! We will go through your current “inventory” and make adjustments based on the needs, budget and health goals of you and your family. Recommendations for fridge and pantry staples will be made so you can stock up for your best health!

Personal Training- at the beach, in the park, or I can come to you!
